Well I may see snow this year because I'm headed back to the mainland (USA) but in Hawaii - it being tropical and all taht- we just get lot's of rain.

I live far south, but it only snowed twice during my lifetime... and only once there was enough snow to play and make snowmen... anyway, thanks and good luck in your journey!

Wii is so awesome. Wii Sports rules, and the theme of Wii Play's Table Tennis is addictive. If anyone can find an mp3 of that theme I will be ever grateful to you.
From Sunday onwards, Twilight Princess will be my life :P I still can't believe I was able to wait this long before playing it. Then again, if I hadn't, all of my exams would've gone really badly.

Oh, and to answer your question, Anthony, we are ALSO in December. XD Its just that I live on the Southern Hemisphere, thus, summer Christmas. Heck, I havent even touched snow in my entire life.

Yeah, it wasn't even hard to get a Wii. I made a reservation for one in a gaming store, they called me when it arrived and I simply took it with me. I heared several stories of shortages in the Netherlands, though, so I guess I was indeed lucky.

You might want to close the curtains when playing Boxing from Wii Sports btw XD

Lucky people. I am in England so Wii came out on 8th December. I preordered mine on 5th November from PC World, because I thought if I ordered it from a Gaming Store (I won't name names, but I think you can guess) I thought there would be too many orders and I wouldn't get it on time. But now I have heard that PC World might not get mine before christmas and that that particular game store have one for everyone who preordered one. I am never doubting that place again.

XD Just from the commercials I can understand that at some points playing the Wii does make you look rather ridiculous, but it really doesnt bother me. Of course, they dont even sell it here. Fortunately Ill be going to the USA for a few days these vacations, which is when Ill pick it up.

I don't have a Wii, although I've played Bowling and agree it's a lot of fun. Oddly enough, I always seem to get video game systems after the next system is released. For example, I didn't get a Gameboy Pocket until Gameboy Color was out (if anyone even remembers those...)
I got a PS2 recently (I've been wanting one for so long, there's several PS1 and PS2 RPGs I really want to play) so I figured one new system's enough for the time being. Besides, you know NOA will eventually release special editions and new colors of the Wii, and I can always get one when that happens. There have been several times when they released a special edition of a game system that I would have loved to get (for example, I once saw a pink DS with a Mew engraved on the cover) but I already owned the system and wouldn't want to buy the same thing again. So I'll be waiting.

I got my Wii yesterday for my birthday, and ninjamatt, it arrived on the 19th. They've had to hold them back because of wrist strap issues, but you'll probably get it in the christmas post

Twilight Princess was my life today, I spent 8 and a half hours on it and only got to the second dungeon @_@ it's fantastic! Also, I just worked out how to connect it to the internet via my dad's laptop, so it's now pulsing away merrily
