Or you could just find out what various sources say about RS and draw your conclusions from that...I'm an NP reader, and I generally go by their info and my own ideas...such as the official release date being March 17, 2003. And here's an interesting bit...here's how they put it in the latest issue...

That's one way of putting it...they also claim that there's going to be "a flood of new RS details" in the next few issues.
