Aside from Cheddor, I did make other VERY silly Pokemon, such as the Animon, which have actually caused me to create new, now approved moves for gag characters (Backlash, Smash Knuckle) One such NON animon gag was Tokechu.

this is a gag evolution of Pikachu, I call it tokechu.
it is the same height, but two pounds heavier than pikachu
attach blunt to pikachu and trade
okay it is a "high" pokemon
Psy(chadelic)/ Electric
learns in addition to pikachu's normal attacks
smokesreen
meditate
toxic
poison gas
smog
and all other attacks relating to smoke or gas, as well as fly, and all Psychic TM's
it weighs the two more pounds due to the munchies
it looks exactly like Pikachu, except it's a bit pinkish tinted and it has red circles under it's eyes. and it always hovers an inch off the ground
