How about a storm type...
Advantages:Fire, Rock, Ground, Steel
Disavantages:Ice, Electric, Psychic, Dark, Ghost
And It would have a move that would effect the weather conditions like sunny day and raindance do.
Do you agree or do you think its dumb?

You should specify defense and attack disadvantages you know. And I think that the 18 types of the PF are enough at the moment. Really, there's no NEED for new elements.
