Which pokemon do you want on you're team when the 4th generation comes out?( besides the legendaries)
Also, which plate will you assign to Arceus? I know that they're not permanent but still is a good question. I will assign him the bug plate because there's no bug legendary out there as of yet so I think that'll be cool. I will/want have on my team:

Empoleon
Luxray
Drifblim (nickname)
Lumineon
Yanmega
Staraptor

Extras:
Roserade
Wormadam(all 3 three forms)
Bastiodon

and all the other pokemon that evolve from the ones from the other generations.

Thanks 4 the correction. I am obsessed with the deadly sins. I never thought to name my pokemon after them. Anyways, that sounds like a tough team to beat.

For the first time I'll just have whatever pokemon that I catch first on my team. The only pokemon that I have planned before hand for my team is Turtwig.

Like Civmaster, I'm just going to take Turtwig and then build whatever team I happen to wind up with. Unlike Civmaster, this will not be my first time doing so; that's pretty much how my first playthrough of a new generation of Pokmon always goes. I very rarely ever do that a second time in a generation, though.

I always train whoever comes first and I will do that. But I really want to have those pokemon apart of my team. Yanmega(or what I'm going to call it: MegaYanma) looks are unbelievable!!! I wish it was part dragon. It would be cool to have a bug/dragon pokemon. Has anybody ever suggested a drgonfly pokemon before?

Sorry I wrote in the wrong context. I meant that the first time playing through DP I'll just use whatever pokemon I wind up getting.

The problem with suggesting a dragonfly pokmon is that you would have to make it different enough from both Yanma (and now Yanmega) and Vibrava/Flygon. There are only so many things you can do with dragonflies.

...then again...I suppose you could create an alternate Yanma evo that involves trading with the Dragon Scale item...

With my teams, I end up trying to get as many different elements as possible, and trying to cover my weaknesses. A Dragon-type is a must, because of the type advantages.

In Ruby I had Blaziken AND Medicham, because I always have Fire starters and Medicham's type combo was too good to pass up. Oh well.

I actually plan on training one Pokmon of every species, so that I can use any of them in-game.
