Ummm... Is there a reason you spelled 'Pengy' wrong? I also have a hard time believing you have all those Plates, as well. I only have 5 of them: Mind, Toxic, Iron, Flame, and Splash.

ROCK DUDE HELL YEAH

Tell you what. I'm gon' go make a topic for all this team discussion.

I have only caught 4 shinies, two of which are deleted--a shiny Rhydon and a shiny Rayquaza. I'm not too worried about the Rayquaza(shiny legendaries are a bit cheap to me) but the Rhydon was awesome. Damn the fact that I didn't have Pearl.

Dang it! Serebii says you can find it in Great Marsh Area 2, but my Item finder didn't pick up anything. BTW, check the back of the statue in Eterna City. Do you have HM 08, Rock Climb?

Draco Plate: In Eterna City, behind Legend Statue; need Dowsing Machine
Insect Plate: In yard outside Old Chateau; need Dowsing Machine
Dread Plate: In the Old Chateau, leftmost room upstairs
Spooky Plate: In Amity Square, northeast corner
Mind Plate: In lowest level of Solaceon Ruins
Fist Plate: In Route 215, behind a Cut bush near a Black Belt
Toxic Plate: In Great Marsh, Area 2; need Dowsing Machine (yes, it's there, I've found it myself)
Splash Plate: On sandbar in southern Route 220
Iron Plate: Deep in Iron Island; need Dowsing Machine
Earth Plate: In Oreburgh Gate basement; need Surf, Strength
Icicle Plate: In a house on west side of Route 217, after getting HM8
Zap Plate: In front of Sunyshore Lighthouse; need Dowsing Machine
Meadow Plate: In Route 210, atop a waterfall; need Dowsing Machine
Stone Plate: In Mt. Coronet Peak, beyond a waterfall; need Dowsing Machine

update on Icicle plate: talk to the guy who lost HM 08 after you find it. I used the Dowsing Machine in Great Marsh Area 2, and nothing. I don't have it, I lined up all my Plates.
