A new day, a new addition, a new hint!

It's your job to guess:

1. Who's that pokémon?
2. What does that hint mean?
3. Where will this pokémon appear in the National Dex? (Nearby which pokémon will it be placed?)

the pokemn are: upsidaze,freffella and ambiton

the hint is apple because: newton found the law of gravity after an apple had fallen on him.

Gelatop is right; pokémon on a row are often counterparts. Apart from that, the pokémon in the National Dex are somewhat ordered in sections, largely based on habitat.
Those sections would roughly be:
- starters
- pokémon you find early in the games (birds, bugs)
- pokémon found on early routes (Meowth, Lotad, Nidoran)
- caves
- small forest
- river
- town
- larger forest
- swamp
- town/powerplant
- mountain/volcano
- ruins/light
- mansion
- ocean
- ice cavern
- plains/desert
- fossils
- dragons
- legendaries

But keep in mind that the pokémon won't necessarily appear in a gap. A new row might be added as well. Still, based on habitats or on types, there are each time only a couple of possible spots in the National Dex where new pokémon might appear.

Gelatop made a great guess! They won't appear next to the Tempole line, though ^^

I'd actually put it somewhere in the early routes section as someone from the RPG had an unfateful encounter with some of them in the forget-me-nots (if they are the blue ones) in Decorus Woods. At first I thought it would be the Poisapple line, but there's too many additions in this hint for that to be so.
EDIT: I don't see them in the Dex yet.

To help you all out: there will be a line inserted and they will be placed near pokémon that could somewhat be seen as their counterparts.

He said they SHARE A TYPE. Both lines have -Flying type. I highly doubt that Gligon will get into the National Dex anytime soon.......sorry......
