Flarsable, they deliberately make the clues as ambiguous as possible. Heck, the hint for Arceus was "arm." It seems only logical that Soble92 would make that error.

Random Leviathor Info:

Leviathor are currently the only known pokémon that are able to execute the attack Thor Hammer. The attack involves charging its hammer-like tail with electricity before smahing it into a foe. Outside of battle, the Leviathor also use it to collect food. They will charge their hammer, swim in circles at high speed, and thus release enormous shock waves with a wide radius through the ocean depths. This specialized attack will stun schools of their prey, after which it is dinner time.
If you ever come across pokémon observers that appear to swim in a bizarre, yet smooth and extremele flexible way, you can be sure these observers study Leviathor. They have learned to swim like this in order to evade the dangerous shock waves that their objects of study are able to release.

Dangerous object of study is dangerous.
I though pokémon observers swam in that way because they were already shocked by Leviathor.

Whenever Leviathor are not busy hunting for food or repairing stuff by abusing Remoraid, there is time for sports. Leviathor are particularly fond of using their hammer-like tails to send Voltorb rolling. Since Leviathor are solitary pokémon they always play alone. Instead of playing hockey, therefore, the Leviathor are having fun by trying to aim their hits well enough to send the Voltorb rolling through hoops made of scratch metal. Some pokémon observers believe that this game the Leviathor are playing is the earlist form of croquet and was in fact the inspiration for that sport.
For some Leviathor this game is not exciting enough, however. For them the fun really starts when playing with disconnected Deptharge instead of Voltorb...
