I agree that it was/is thinkable, but I'd rather give Leviathor a pre-evo and make them counterparts to the Chinchou line, than relating them.

Yea. Now let's brainstorm ideas for a Leviathor prevo.

Whampact(WHAle-iMPACT)
Water/Fighting
Appearance: Sort of like a dolphin without the dorsal fin with a hammer for it's tailfins. Its fins and hammer-tail are yellow while the rest is blue. Shiny form has teal instead of blue and a dark yellow instead of a regular one.
Dex:
A WHAMPACT has not earned shocking
powers but none-the-less still packs a
punch. They can make small shockwaves
--------------------------------------
from the impact of their tails, but not as
much as that of their older selves, the
LEVIATHOR.

Whadya think?

You mean Cherubi will evolve into Chwins at a certain level if another Cherubi is in the party? Maybe...
However, I don't want Cherubi to have three evos because when suggestions open up I'm going to suggest Razzenhin for a Cherubi alt. evo. The one from "ewww...", the gag topic. Here's the info.
Razzenhin(Ra-ZEN-hine)
raspberry pokemon
evolves from cherubi with at night with low happiness at level 25
it looks like a giant raspberry bunch but the top row has faces on each berry. plus it has Dark red hands and feet.
