Sorry for the delay guys. We had some trouble with our FTP server, so I couldn't upload any sprites. Aside from that, we're working on reopening the PFL.

Leviathor, who I STILL think should be the evolved form of Lanturn, is the one.

EDIT: I really mean it. Look at these sprites side by side.

Congrats to soble, as it is indeed Leviathor!

Regarding the Lanturn line, it wouldn't make sense, since when Chinchou evolves into Lanturn, it looses the focus on electricity, and instead gains illuminating qualities. Why change that back upon evolving again? If Lanturn were to have an evolution, it would in my opinion need to focus on Light.

Anyways, the orginal suggestor is Dustminion. He has the final say, so you're free to PM him to discuss this.
Though, would it help if it were a different shade of blue?

1. He hasn't been on for over a month so I think it's not possible to discuss it (even though I wan to).
2. How about using a thunder-stone on lanturn? He could then have a wide range of light moves as well.
3. The 1st time I saw leviathor, before I EVEN JOINED PFS, it looked PERFECT for the lanturn evolution.

EDIT:
4. Lanturn to me doesn't really look like much of a light type also.

How doesn't Lanturn look like a light type? It names implies light and it has a big light bulb-thing sticking out of his head. Just to avoid confusion between the lines I think it would be a good idea ShinE to change the blue color.

Lanturn is probably an Angler fish, who live deep down udersea. Leviathor looks like a sperm whale, and Sperm whales also dive deep down undersea.

Actually, Leviathor is classified as the Lake Whale pokémon, so its main habitat are lakes (in Bombur's case, Vintage Lake). A few can be found in the sea as well, but they're still rare.
