It could possibly be a new Staff member's pokemon. I don't know why it wouldn't have a shiny form or have questionmarks in the label though. This is a good tough one ShinE, hopefully it was meant to be this tough.

It evolves from Florabin, I dunno how but I'm taking a random guess of level 42.

I thought it was pokeaddict's Staff Pokémon, that's why he's been posting here and why he finds it so funny, he once said that his Staff Pokémon would be green and cute, I think it's a Florabin evolution.

This newly discovered species lives in humid tropical forests. The hue of its green, leaf-like feathers is determined by its diet--a steady diet of fruits and vegetables give it a brilliant emerald green color.

Many mistake it for its pre evolution: Florabin. A way to tell them apart is the flower on its tail.

It's probably either an evolution of Florabin, or a new line of Tropical Birds, maybe with 2 more evolutions.

This Pokemon often uses its color to blend in with the trees it lives in. Because of this, the nests they make--with their feathers, of course--are near impossible to find.
