Ok, it has been decided that I should fuse this pokemon with another idea, Vangoghlum, so here it is.

Description: A hunched over Smeargle. Its eyes are normal sized but have extremeky small pupils. Its hat, body and tail are the same color as its ears which are the same colors as Smeargle. It's head is that tannish Smeargle color. Its tail is a flat paintbrush, one of the ones you use to paint walls, and it has green paint on it. It has a bite taken out of one of it's ears and at the left side of it's hat. It is extremely skinny, and you can partially see it's ribs. It's tongue is hanging limply out of it's mouth.
