I was reading pokedex entries the other day and noticed that Chicuin and Galapaguin didn't have a method of evolution. Since eevee shayna is my sister, Ibrought it up to her, as well as the fact that they have no move lists or Special Abilities. She gave me free rein to come up with the missing info, and so I present my suggestions.
Chicuin evolves into Galapaguin at level 25.
