Description:
It is a cat-like entity. The eyes are clouded and lack a pupil. Instead of hind legs and a tail, it has a fish tail (like a mermaid). The fin of this "mermaid tail" is ripped in several places. The front paws are webbed and have claws. It's ears are large and have chunks missing from their rims. Instead of fur, it is coated with a ghostly slime, that droops down under it. It has no whiskers or mouth. The "mermaid" half of it is a dark teal, the semi-cat half is a light blue. The ghostly slime is dark blue. Eyes are creamy colored.

Said to be found in Olivine Bay during a full moon.
