OKay, this was based on St. Elmos Fire, for the most part. Though the idea somewhat evolved as I touched it up, I kept the name, Stelmos, from St. Elmo's Fire. This is an Electric/Dragon-type.

Desc: It is a large dragon poised in a sort of "s" shape, it has sharp-looking wings that don't really seem apt to flying (which doesn't matter because it doesn't really use them). It's tail sort of ends in a sort of free-flowing electric way, not like a traditional lighting bolt is depicted. It has small white eyes (though they will be hard to see when this picture is shrunk) and a series of black dots that run down its back. It has legs, but no arms. It is electric blue all over except for its underbelly, which is electric yellow. I have a sketch.
