I just hatched my first Onix, and it was a SHINY! SQUEEEEEEE! Does anyone else out there have a story to their shiny? If so, tell it here!

Oh, I don´t wanna retell the sad story of how I lost my three shinies. By the way I find it funny that this is like the third topic I´ve seen about shinies AND all of them created because of someone´s excitement about getting one, the others are dead though, so it´s no big deal.

I got Superweedle by sheer luck XD I hatched the Weedle egg I pulled out of the lab by mistake, and was about to shove it into my PC when I noticed that it seemed to be made of gold. XD

I have had no shies, no corruptions, no novelties, no orbs and only a single legendary which I cannot seem to hatch

aww poor Haz. I didn't really get anything good until I started spending all my time on there. I haven't hatched my Darkrai yet either, they just seem to be annoying.

I think my luck's finally decided to turn around. I've gotten an event Pokemon from the past 4 events. Which are also the only 4 legendaries I have.

In my Soulsilver game I caught a shiny abra. It was pretty cool and I'm lucky I managed to get it on one pokeball throw with Teleport and all.

The next day, my dog stepped on my cartridge.

Ouch. That really, really must have hurt. I'm glad that none of my games have ever broken except Gold, which had a bad save battery from the moment I got it.

I've never had any game of mine break. The closest thing to it is the 95 Explorer Kits sitting in my Mail pocket on my Pearl. It's what an Action Replay can do. I've also encountered a Bad EGG in the Battle Tower (thank Arceus it wasn't MINE). i think we can transform this topic into a third version of Want some SHINEY?, but with the same title (just remove the GPX+ Topic part). Please?

I´m currently at my house for the week, and my bro found a SHINY GRAVELER!!! We had heard the sad shiny Lairon tale before, so we decided to throw it the Master ball immediately. NOW I HOPE THIS ONE DOESN´T GO ANYWHERE LIKE MY PAST 3!
