The Staff of GPX Plus have redone EVERYTHING so that you cna access everything but the Shop, Help, & Stat pages (the latter two are new) from your Party now-known-as the Poketch! On the Poketch page, it shows your active party. It shows the picture link and below it the maturity bar. Below the maturity bar there is an Options window. It is only visible on this page,a nd it lets you do a lot. It's where you hatch, evolve, abandon, and even deposit your Pokemon into the PC, Underground, PokeWalker, or Daycare (if room). You can also use it to feed your Pokemon/warm your eggs if you don't know that you can click the image to feed them.
And then, at the bottom, is all of the stuff. There are like 13 tabs that show you the Daycare, Underground, PokeWalker, a different Statistics page, the Interactions page (It shows you people that you haven't repaid the favor, ones thta you HAVE repaid the favor, but they still have nore in their Party, and ones that you have finished interactiosn with for their Party thta have no more to be interacted with, but all of these are only for ones thta have interacted with yours), your Pal Pad, Journal, and more that I don't remember.

It's a thing that increases with the total interactions for that day. When it reaches a certauin number (like 1.5 million or so) it will reach criticcal mass and the next day the shop will have a discount, all interactions will be increased by *1.5, and there will be an increased chance to find Chests, the Old Man, or the Little Egg. An example of the Mystery Counter being at critical mass is today.

Occasionally when playing on the site, you'll see a small treasure chest icon, when you click it you get a summoning item, e.g. the Blue Orb gives you Kyogre. When you go to the lab, there will be an option to use your item, when you do refresh the page a few times and the egg should appear soon. Sometimes, you see a black chest instead of the normal colors; that one gives you a Corruption Orb, which you can use on a Groudon, Lugia, Dialga, or Bidofo egg to get a different egg.

It doesn't always give you a Corruption Orb. I got my Silver Wing from one.
