The Ra, Isis, and Set Topic

First, we will discuss about Raluxor, Isission, and Setahara. Start discussing!

In trios without a guardian (Kyogre, Groudon, Rayguaza) there is one that is stronger than the others (Rayquaza). Since Ra is the Ultimate God in ancient Egypt, then I think it should be the strongest.

And don't forget to go to the 20008 pokelympics!!!

I think Raluxor should be fire/light. But I dunno about the other 2. Can you explain who set and isis are/were?

Isis is a Goddess of fertility and marriage. She was the wife of Osiris, King of the Underworld. Set is Osiris' vengeful and malicious brother, who killed him and chopped him into pieces. Isis sowed Osiris up, brought him back to life, and Osiris was sent to judge the dead.

I think these should be the types:

Raluxor: Light-Type
Isission: Magic-Type
Setahara: Dark-Type

Alright, what is now currently cleared up:

Raluxor is the Light-type Legendary of Ra, and the leader of the Egyptian Trio. Isission is the Magic-type Legendary of Isis of the Egyptian Trio. Setahara is the Dark-type Legendary of Set of the Egyptian Trio.

Any thing else that needs to be discussed about this trio?

secondary types, in my opinion.

I think Raluxor should have fire, because of its sun attribute.
I think Isission should have grass, since she is the god of fertility.
I think Setahara should have fighting, since, from what I've read, he is very violent.

Alright. But I think that Setahara should be Dark/Ground instead, because he is the god of Deserts. Changes made:

Raluxor is the Fire/Light-type Legendary of Ra, and the leader of the Egyptian Trio. Isission is the Grass/Magic-type Legendary of Isis of the Egyptian Trio. Setahara is the Dark/Ground-type Legendary of Set of the Egyptian Trio.

I would imagine Raluxor to have Drought. That makes sense, because Ra is the sun god.

I'm of the opinion of these abilities:

Raluxor/ Keen Eye: His head is a hawk's head, so this makes sense to me.
Isission/ Natural Cure: Again, makes sense to me since she healed up Osiris from being dead.
Setahara/ Anger Point: As Soble stated earlier, Set was a violent and malicious god.

Possible alternatives:
Raluxor) Vital Spirit, Early Bird, Drought
Isission) Magic Guard, Flower Gift
Setahara) Twilight, Shadow Tag

Okay. Before I get to abilities, I'm going to say that Psychic/Magic sounds better for Isission.

Raluxor has the Abilities Drought and Keen Eye. Isission has the abilities Natural Cure and Magic Guard. Setahara has the abilities Anger Point and Shadow Tag.

Anything else that we should discuss?

1. Well, I've played Age of Mythology, and Ra, Isis, and Set are the Main Gods for Egypt. After learning her powers, and reading her Wikipedia article, Psychic sounds better than Grass. 2. How about just Signature Moves. Any suggestions for Signature moves?

I think Ra's sig move should be:

Helios Flash
PP: 10
Pwr: 90
Acc: 100
Effect: 30 % chance of causing BURN status

Isis' should be:

Magic Oasis
PP:5
Pwr: N/A
Acc: N/A
Effect: Heals all Hp and resets her stat changes. Effect changes to healing 1/2 HP, reseting her stats, and raising DEF a level in Sandstorm conditions.

And finally, Set's should be:

VengefulBurst
PP:5
Pwr: 120
Acc: 80
Effect: Does damage, but Setahara goes last next turn. Also takes some recoil damage.

I know that I haven't been involved in this discussion, but combining Psychic and Magic seems like a horrible idea to me. They just don't compliment each other well in my opinion. Due to Isis's strong ties with the Nile River, Delta and the sea, I think it appropriate for her to be Water/Magic. Also, it would work well with Magic Oasis.
