just wanted to know an approx date wen the board will be reopened for approving pokemon cos ive got so many ideas!!!

That is very hard to tell. We're working as fast as we can, but things have been slow the last couple of weeks, since it's the end of a year of school/college with exams and all other things necessary to pass. We're picking things up again now, though.
As soon as we finish something it will appear at the site, so you should keep an eye on it. We're aiming to complete at least 180 dexes before approving again, and we're at 130 right now.
