So it's... a knockoff of Kyurem?

Nah.

And it's also... a spirit with flashy bracelets on it that have nothing to do with cold fusion whatsoever? And some sort of arrow on top of its head?

I don't like it. Don't like it one bit. Compared to things like your Darwinian-evolved Poliwag and Pubunk (I still think they could have an at least somewhat different body shape to not be Expies) line thing, it's unoriginal at best. It doesn't even have fused powers coming from its hand.

Zerops, the counterpart to Fragia. They're the Legendary Exotic Energy Pokémon and they fly around in deep space. Either one of them could solve the Earth's energy crisis.

I like both of them. They look like couter parts to me.

Thanks for the comments, and Jigglyclops, that's a good idea. Team Zero and Team Fusion perhaps.

EDIT: Fragia and Zerops are only minor legendaries. This is Recorvex who is one of the "mascot" legendaries. It is a master of DNA and it can rejuvenate itself indefinitely. Because of this, it's impossible to tell how old it is. It also has the power to heal other organisms, or make them sick, if it is angered. It can create viruses that attack enemy immune systems with devastating effects. It is usually peaceful however, and lives in and maintains a huge and timeless forest, thickly overgrown with plants. It is said that any humans trying to harvest timber from its forest will fall ill.

There's no reason to make everything vaguely reptillian or saurian Dragon-type, but making a species that can rejuvenate itself indefinitely via DNA control is quite impressive. However, how does one capture it? Is its rejuvenation power limited somehow so its health can be lowered enough to be caught? Or does one merely chuck a Master Ball at it?

It's in the same league as Dialga and Reshiram etc, so of course it's a dragon type. On top of that fact, it's also based on a dragon, not a reptile or a dinosaur, which is why it's a dragon type.

It can use HP recovering moves, which certainly would be annoying when attempting to capture it, but it wouldn't be impossible. And if you really wanted to stop it from healing, you could use Heal Block.

Oh, good. I thought that it was inherently restoring and healed half of its HP whenever it was hit due to an Ability it possessed, not from having a surplus of healing moves.
