That move repetition thingy wasn't a typo BTW, so the level one moves should be like this:

I dunno, it's in the game data.
Mostly it's for pokemon with Heart Scale moves that appear at level 1, my theory is the Devs Thought of Everything and you'll still have to use the Move Relearner even if you manage to hack an evolved pokemon at level 1.

I'm no expert, but I'm sure that if you can hack an evolved pokemon to level 1, giving it the desired move would be a walk in the park.

Oh sorry, I meant using cheat codes to modify the wild pokemon. Cheat codes aren't as flexible as save editors, but are more convenient with handhelds. We're kind of derailing here, so let's just say they want to troll us. :P

I still don't get it. If you hack- or cheat, apparently- the evolved Pokemon to level 1 you could just level them up until they reach the level that they learn it by level up, which is usually only a few levels away.

It's possible, since they eat insects as well as nectar. It's Bee-eaters that are the (semi)dedicated Apivores.

If I may suggest some dexes
Hexave:
It creates a thick armor by slathering itself with layers of honey stolen from Combee. (86)
The second dex is actually 102 characters, definitely over the limit, but otherwise fine, so you can figure out how to fix that.
Riformor
I would like to say that I am a bit confused as to why the flocks are called armies. Is it because they are regimented like armies, is it because of the size of the flocks? These pokemon don't really seem like the rank-and-file soldier types, but maybe they are. If you could clarify that would be wonderful.
