Then what about Despotutan? I understand what it wants and how it plans to do so, but what would it do once it achieved its goal? Would its new world be a dictatorship where everything obeyed its every whim, or does it just want that feeling that comes with that kind of authority? Also, what would most likely happen if all three were to be awakened at once?

Despotutan would do that, yes. Total control. It wants to have utter dominion over everything. If all three are awakened. they'll fight, likely unstoppable, until Majestiti arrives on the scene.

Well, not unstoppable. Arceus could just Judgment them while they're together. They won't die, but they'll be sent to Pokemon Tartarus for a few generations.

Hm, I don't think that two beasts fighting over extending land or water that are stopped by a dragon is the same concept as three evil apes wanting to dominate the world in their own way, but being imprisoned by a small monkey. It really depends on how you look at it. I personally love the concept behind the apes ^^

If you're referring to the idea of Legends fighting each other and threatening the world until a different Legend shows up and stops the fight, that's actually to be expected of any scenario in which Legends who oppose one another for whatever reason are awakened at the same time. Heck, the Legendary Birds did it in the second Pokémon movie, and they didn't even have an in-game history or expected tendency to fight one another.

Question: If Giratina stops the fight between Palkia and Dialga, does Nightmera stop fighting between Cognimech and Drakoniric? Nightmera doesn't seem to be the type to stop any fighting.

Thankfully, Drakoniric and Cognimech don't fight in the first place, they're partners. They don't let the fact that they're diametrically opposed personality-wise interfere with their job. That said, if an outside force were to induce them to fight each other for some reason, Nightmera would probably be able to stop the quarrel... if only by making them unite against the common threat. Now, if the nature of that induction was such that they wouldn't stop fighting anyway... well, then we'd be in for a lot of trouble.

Neither does Giratina. I'm not aware of Dialga and Palkia fighting...did they do that in one of the more recent movies?

As for Drakoniric and Cognimech fighting, I'd say the Legend most likely to break it up is Cresselia.

Balyantis and Stinyantis can't have Poison heal because they can't be poisoned.

Don't go too far, watch "The Ancient Puzzle of Pokémonpolis" where it's all about that. The peace-bringer pokémon is A GIANT JIGGLYPUFF! Which automatically turns it into the best episode ever.
