#1: Annoyingly fast

I say purugly beacause it is a final stage and can learn good moves such as hypnosis and since it is a normal type it can learn mutiple moves like thunder and for a good combination with hypnosis dream eater meaning that it would defeat golbat or just use thunder or thunder bolt and a good way to annoy your opponent is to use fake out. It can also beat rock types with iron tail also dig and water pulse (use water pulse mostly on dual weakness to water or if pokemon has high defence like bastiodon and golem. And also shadow claw to defeat ghost types and maybe get a critical hit. Although that purugly has bad base stats my vote goes to PURUGLY beacause of its moves and sucker punch for a little surprise at the end.

yeah it is true alright some people say that golbat looks better and heaps of people like its final stage and all but I focus on there moves, strategies and also their stats, since purugly has a better move set then golbat also strategies, but golbat does have a tiny difference in base stat with purugly, purugly has 452 Base stat total and golbat has 455 Base stat total but golbat does evolve into crobat and purugly is a final stage. If it was crobat VS purugly my vote would be crobat beacause of its Base stat total, but this does not mean I change my vote from purugly to golbat.
