Hay is for horses.

Name: Nuklior (Corruption of Nuclear)
Classification: Nuclear pokemon
Element: Fire/Light
Ablitiy: Flamebody
Height: 3'04"
Weight: 1.33 lbs.
Desc: Round head, with a rag doll like body, no arms, small stubs for legs, but floats. Surface looks like the sun. Has dark patches: like "sunspots".
Dex:
P: The nuclear fusion it performs makes its waste radioactive. Proximity to its waste may make one sick.

It is so hot that it must seek cold places to prevent overheating. It must move when its den melts. (99 characters, according to the word count I use)
The nuclear fusion it performs makes its waste radioactive. Proximity to its waste may make one sick. (101 characters)
Flamethrower, NuclearBlast, Pyrotechnics, Flare, Neon, Melt, and Blinding are potential options.

Perhaps Infernoblaze around lvl 45 or so and for the dream world ability maybe Magma armor?
(Edit: the more I look at Nuklior the more it looks like it's made of cheese.)

Maybe its weight should be 133.7 lbs or even 1337 lbs. The substance that makes up a sun is very, very dense and therefore a small amount is very heavy.

I see this thing being found on the Askorun Wastes, based on the dex about how it lives in cold places.

How about these for dexes: This pokemon is capable of reaching temperatures of up to 545 F, it sometimes heats entire cold villages. 104 characters

If you suddenly feel extremely hot then this pokemon may be the cause, often found in the Askorun Wastes. 105 characters

Delete the word "cold" from the first dex and it will work then.

New move: Cool Down
ICE
Power: --
Accuracy: --
Protects user from recoil effects of attacks for a few turns (i.e. Outrage, Rest, Take Down, Overheat negative effects cancelled. Doesn't work on Explosion)

Since it has nuclear power, it would have to cool down or it would be dangerous to itself

Cool Down sounds right, but i (personally) would change recoil effects to negative side-effects.

What about this for the evo (im assuming thats what the picture at the bottom is):

Name: Soaler (Corruption of Solar)
Classification: Superheated Pokemon
Type: Fire/Light

Description: (Ill leave this part to you)
Pokedex Entries: (This can be done by you as well)
Ability: Magma Armor, Flash Fire, Solar Power, Flame Body, Gravity Pull,
Evolution: From Nuklior at (whatever you chose or however you chose)
Moveset: (for movesets, ill show some good options for a fire/light type)

-Blast Burn
-Flame Thrower (obviously)
-Overheat (another obvious one)
-Will-o-Wisp
-Fire Spin
-Flame Charge
-Flame wheel
-Fire Pledge (use serebii's BW AttackDex for referance)

-Sunny Day (the pkmn looks like sun-like material)

If there was supposed to be an evo for Nuklior it wouldn't be able to have that classifaction. Why? Its too long; it has to be 11 characters. I can offer up RADIATION (unlikely though), keeping NUCLEAR, and SUPERHEATED (also unlikely).
