Remember Jigglyclops you don't have to purchase the remake of Ruby or Sapphire if they make one. If they do, I hope they put the same love and care they did with each of their remakes. I think GameFreak knows how to do remakes right. It was wonderful to see Kanto and Johto beautified by better graphics. I felt all nostalgic when I played them. The additions they made like the Sevii Islands and the Safari Zone, didn't take away anything from the originals either.

The name Pokemon Gray seems inevitable. I wonder if they'll focus on the fact that the Tao trio once were one pokemon. It could be interesting to go into more depth with that aspect of the legend. Perhaps once Reshiram and Zekrom awaken so too does Kyurem, who hunts down the other two in an attempt to regain its old body, leaving the region frozen in its wake? Heh, that's totally not going to happen.

That's what you think... but the truth is that nothing will stop me from getting it. XD

I'm one of those people who is loyal to pokémon beause I actually think it deserves it, not just because they have so far satisfied my desires or something. That goes for the remakes they have made so far too: They just know how to make them! And though no remake can duplicate the great moments I went through the original games, they certainly take me back. Besides, looking at it through a cold, realistic point of view, the remakes are better than the originals, just because of the improved graphics and added features and recognizing does not necessarily change our human feelings (and sometimes preferences) for the originals. Well I'm someone who accepts changes in his life and that's why I prefer the remakes. That may also apply for the possible remakes of the two games in discussion. My point went more to the aspect that I don't see the need of a remake, and I'll particularly hate to think that they're just taking advantage of people.

I've never told anyone, but I do like the idea of a remake for RS. The third generation probably had the most awesomely designed region (before Unova came along :P), and I would be pleased to see the sights of Hoenn in 3D like Black and White.
Here's a little wishlist:
1. A plot like Emerald's
2. REGIGIGAS
3. New Gym Leader outfits!
4. REGIGIGAS
5. A timeskip, not unlike Kanto in HGSS/GSC
6. Of course you know I'll mention Regigigas here because you are Genre Savvy.
7. Shaking Grass in Hoenn! (For wild Gorebyss, etc.)

And maybe the seasons will affect the water levels in certain places, instead of just appearance and three places getting snow. Myabe in Summer the water will decrease by a couple of tiles and in Winter it would freeze over. Same goes for Groudon/Kyogre's sun/rain, but more drastically. Of course, when I say "some places" I mean small bodies of water like the Route 119 river or the pond near the northern edge of Meteor Falls.

I just hope that whatever the new game is, it's something, well, new. While a remake would be kind of fun, I'd much rather have 'em actually fire something new up. Like visiting of the previous zones in a new plot, kind of "where are they now?" sort of thing

I really doubt that there won't be one. Kyurem can't go without his own game and backstory. He can't.

I'd much rather a new game set in Hoenn because the "storyline" in RS is cringe-worthy even by Pokemon standards

This is the first time I've updated my Yuku signature in at least 4 years. In fact, last time I updated it it wasn't even on Yuku. That is all

Perhaps in the Winter, the tide becomes low and the Shoal Cave will become accessible. Oh man, seasons in Hoenn'll be very, very interesting.

No, that'd be Summer. The increased heat evaporates extra water, or the decreased amount of moon doesn't raise the water as much.

I say yes to a remake of RS!! Besides White, my favorite was Sapphire! And, Gray definately sounds good for a third installment, someones already come up with a form for Kyurem.

Yeah but how will N get both Zekrom and Reshiram and how will we get Kyurem or is it the other way around? Will there be two stones at the museum both the Dark stone and the light stone? And what about thundrus and tornadus? Sigh.... so many questions and yet so little opions.

I don't care which legendaries the new game covers. I only squash them for exp. or catch for global trade fodder anyway.

What I want to see is new gyms/E4 rosters, new fights, new areas, new pieces of plot, etc.

@FoW: Wow, you really dont like Legendaries, was it because of something in your past experience of gaming? (If im opening up old wounds, then just say the words and ill stop while im ahead.)

As for remakes for R/S and Pokemon Grey, bring em on; Generation III were IMO the best Pokemon Games (Generation V excluded) ever made!

Maybe it's because he finds it stupid that you can find every single legendary when they're supposed to be, well, legendary. As in from legends and not actually see by man.
