Description:

I think the jacket/cloak he wears should look like this w/o the war embroidery. He should have a dark mist coming from the bottom of the cloak.

Pokedex: The contents of it's cloak remain a mystery but it's thought to be linked to a realm of spirits.
By opening up it's cloak, it sucks in it's prey like a blackhole. It's unknown where they end up.

Effect: When this move is used, a cemetary will appear on the feild which will last for 5 turns. five turns. This does not clear any other weather effect. While Necropolis is in effect, the base power of Ghost type moves will be increased by 100% and the base power of light type moves will be decreased by 50%. Also, the moves Synthesis, Morning Sun, and Moonlight and the like will recover only ¼ of the user's maximum HP.

Additionally, I would like Castform and Weather Ball to become Ghost-type but since necropolis isn’t necessarily about the weather but a change in terrain, I doubt this to happen.

If a Eerie Rock* is held when Necropolis is used, the duration is lengthened from 5 to 8 turns.

*Eerie Rock : A strange rock that has a strange aura that surrounds it. It prolongs the effects of necropolis from 5-8 turns

Did a spellcheck on some things and shortened the second dex, hope you like it:

I´m not that good at move and stats checking so I´ll leave that one to you.
I had planned a Spookloth evo too but this reads a loads better, hope to at least have a chance to upload my Rhoge evo suggestion.

I really like this. Spookloth needed an evo, and this is perfect. However, I think X-Void should be learned later.

sort of legendaryish (I know it's not a word) in that it learns so many moves past level 50 but that's just my opinion, how's this instead? (I've left most of the moves the same but changed X-Void to level 37)

Just a few comments from one overly boisterous member of the peanut gallery:

-I am not sure I am personally a fan of the hat, it doesn't seem to continue the whole Spookloth aesthetic to me. I do think it needed an evo, however, and this is a good base for it IMHO.
-I think it has a bit too many starting moves, and usually a OHKO doesn't fall into that area.
-IMO if it is going to learn X-Void, then it needs to be at or near the end of the move list.
-Continuing on the move list dynamic, Grudge seems contrary to the Spookloth idea to me.
-I also think it would be appropriate to do away with Levitation at level 29 and move the list down while possibly changing the ability to Levitate, if u agree with that.
-Whisper could be learned earlier (perhaps even switched with Spite, seeing as that is an awfully powerful starting move) and Doom Crux doesn't seem truly necessary IMO.
-Quick question out of my own ignorant stupidity, what is Channel? Not that I think it isn't fitting, I am just clueless as to its effect.
-Might I also suggest that you move Curse out of the starting moves and into the learned rotation?

Other than the hat and the move list, I think this is just about spot-on to the goal. So congrats on Spookloak!

I never thought that Spookloth should've had an evo. He's fine as he is. But if he is, then Spookloak would be a fine one.

Necropolis is OP'd IMO because Ghsot type move get both double power and almsot a gurantee to hit. Also, using it in tandem with X-Foid makes Spookloak way too OP'd. I think that Cemetary would/should be lengthened by the EtherealRock.

Thanks for your opinions but I like the hat unless somebody can come up w/ something better. I didn't want spookloak to look like a bigger Spookloth.
It would've been easier to come up w/ an attack list if Spookloth had an attack list so I tried my best. Astonish and Spite are supposed to be it's starting moves (like if you ran into one in the wild those, although you wouldn't, they would be the two attacks it would know while everything else would had to be obtained by a heart scale or something.) i never considered Spite a strong move personally cuz it never stayed in my pokemon's attack slots long enough to be used. The only reason I made X-void a starter move was because it was kinda last minute. I already had the movelist made but I remembered that X-void would make sense for him to learn and i din't know where to put it.
Channel uses a Ghost move from a party member. I chose that because i didn't want to give him all ghost moves. i guess I'll change his ability to Levitate as it seems unfair to have Spite and pressure. I think I'll keep Doom Crux unlees told otherwise plus it sounds cool.

I'm not familiar with cemetary but i could edit Necropolis to make all ghost type moves except 1 hit ko's hit.

Ok Edits have been made.
I switched Whisper w/ Spite. Whisper is now a starter move. Spite is now learned at Lv. 25
Levitation is gone and is now replaced w/ Levitate
Curse is no longer a starter move and is now learned at Lv. 29
Grudge has been removed
Destiny Bond is now learned at Lv. 60
Necropolis does not give Ghost type moves 100% percent accuracy to keep X-Void from being OP'd and is also learned at Lv. 66
X-Void is now learned at level 70

Necropolis is a bit unnecessary because we already have Requiem as the ghost weather effect and the EtherealRock as the rock that increases the time Requiem is on the field.

I feel like the movelist is a bit long but I'm not an expert so I will let somebody else worry about that.

Well, they added Watercoat when we have Rain Dance, Heat Up when we already have Sunny Day, Cold Snap when we already have Hail, and they've made three Grass type & Electric type weather moves each and four Poison type ones. I think adding another Ghost one won't hurt anyone.

X-Void is a OHKO. It should NOT be learned that early. Oran if you looked back at the original post you would have seen that Dark Caddisfly removed Levitation and changed the ability to Levitate. You would have also noticed that Curse was moved into the learned movelist as opposed to the relearnable one. You also missed the switching of Spite and Whisper.

Here is my idea for a less gradual learning of moves. Hope it is workable.
