Hmmm...problem with that is, Dragonair doesn't have legs. this pokemon has them, or flippers or something similar. this has a clearly recognizable body, as well.

I think Laprince was one of the missing elements from the old archive. That was supposed to be the evolution, but all it was was a Lapras with more, bigger spikes.
