			<description><![CDATA[ so... whats does chagning phases do? All it seems is that this pokemon uses an attack and the looks different.I mean castaform changes actully mean something. Like he changes to a Fire type or an Ice type ETC. This pokemon just looks different. Meh... ]]></description>
