Entry Template?

I've been wanting to make first and second gen-style Pokedex entries for awhile but have been mostly deterred by the sheer amount of work it takes. My usual process is spending at least an hour copying-and-pasting individual numbers and letters to create new stats and words, which is a very tedious process. I was curious if there was some sort of template I could use where I simply have to enter what I want to say. Any help would be appreciated.
