I don't think it needs an evo. It just seems inappropriate. I suppose if it had to have one, it'd probably have something to do with the 3D technology that Avatar used. Also Greek Freak, that picture looks a lot like the original one I did that I showe...

No, not Dubious Disc. The Dubious Disc is like a corrupted file, and so is Porygon-Z. If we did it, it would have to be an HD Cable or something.

I dont think it should evolve. It seems like a lonely pokemon that was abandoned, so it should sort of stay that way. Its hard to explain

The film strips were the tentacles, Gelatop. <_< I'll try what you suggested. Edit: I got the new picture. With stand, more tentacle fil strips, two circular thingies, and arms.
