It was intended to be a low-level move, that's why it was so weak. If you want it to be 2, though, that's fine. I just need a new name now... <_< How about Warp Speed?

how bout hourglass it could make it so that the rest of the battle has to last three turns/minutes and whichever pokémon has less health faints and if it isnt a trainer battle then it makes it so that after the three turns/minutes is up the pokeball gets...
