I somehow got a quick snapshot of it, and used the un-blurrinator on the radar, and I saw a figure that looked like a Ninjoe&nbsp;except the scarf it was wearing wasn't a scarf, but two little blade things. I think those might be some sort of substitute hands. So&nbsp;I looked it up on the PokeWeb and found out that a couple of other people had seen... ]]>
