Vital Flow is correct, but you still haven't gotten the correct method of evolution; it's something REALLY simple... Like, introduced in Gen. I simple.

Vital Spirit? Evolves from Leviathor by level up knowing Thor Hammer. Wow, wouldn't have expected an evo for Leviathor of all things. I would have thought a prevo would be more suitable, but hey, this is your region and this guy looks pretty sweet
