        <![CDATA[ I have always needed to ask ShinE to find if a possible PF move can be used on a pokemon, or if I can use a move on a PF pokemon. It can be really dreadful. I
found this kind of way to find which moves can go to which pokemon. If the PF can have permission to modify it a bit, then we can search for moves alot easier
without a need to ask. Heres a link.

			<description><![CDATA[ I agree with you that such pokémon should have pre-evos, but sometimes (Tillache, Onix, Piedreate) the concept behind them requires them be enormous. Whenever
that is not the case, pre-evos are needed in my opinion too.
