It is possible to meet Specolor at some point or another and in one way or another in the PFL, yes. How and when is a mystery, though.

I see. So, it could be said that a Pokemon changed by Specolor is considered blessed, because it would be unique in the entire world, right?
And considering that Specolor is the Mew version of Bombur, probably he will be a playful Pokemon who randomly changes ordinary Pokemon just for fun.

All this is really interesting. Is there any way to meet this legendary Pokemon (a ritual, visiting him in X place, etc.) and ask him for a color change?

So if you & a Specolor had to change a Sudowoodo statue's colors, Specolor could make it black with red spots and things on it's arms, while you could only make it lime-green with red spots and things on it's arms(or shiny)?

As far as I know, it's not. Shinies follow a certain pattern as far as the change in colors go - a pattern ShinE knows. Specolor's legendary powers are in that area more advanced, since it is able to change colors to its liking and it does not need to pay attention to patterns.

Spectrum and color, exactly. Specolor won the RSE Legendary Contest under the 'cute legend' category, just like the apes won the 'trio' category and Iwraith the 'powerful stand-alone' one. However, there's not much backstory behind it, only that it is the legend of Light, with control over the entire color spectrum.

As for the SuperDexes: only Mosstrous gets one, Golava (and its family) simply won a National Dex entry. However, ShinE is in charge of these...

Thank you for clearing that up Pory, I was indeed thinking of former Staff, therefore when Niklus occured in a list of former Staff, I mistakenly confuse him with Niklix.

A Spoonerism is when you accidentally switch the beginning sounds of two words. Classic examples include "The Lord is a shoving leopard" (loving shepherd) and "You have hissed all of my mystery lectures" (missed history).

A Freudian slip is when a misspeaking reveals what you're really thinking about, but trying not to say.

I think the reason Niklus is and the others are not is that the Niklus avatar was made, but the person that was to become Niklus ended up never being Staff. So, I revived the avatar and made it an SE.
