			<description><![CDATA[ I see. So, it could be said that a Pokemon changed by Specolor is considered blessed, because it would be unique in the entire world, right?

And considering that Specolor is the Mew version of Bombur, probably he will be a playful Pokemon who randomly changes ordinary Pokemon just for fun.

All this is really interesting. Is there any way to meet this legendary Pokemon (a ritual, visiting him in X place, etc.) and ask him for a color change?

			<description><![CDATA[ As far as I know, it&#39;s not. Shinies follow a certain pattern as far as the change in colors go - a pattern ShinE knows. Specolor&#39;s legendary powers are
in that area more advanced, since it is able to change colors to its liking and it does not need to pay attention to patterns. ]]></description>
