Perhaps the division could be Tribute, and what it's a tribute to is at the bottom. I see it in yellow :-DSprite Maimer, GIF Redoer and Poryhedron Annoyer

Hrm...actually, I think Crystalix might work best as a Special Edition tribute to the anime, although we don't currently have a division of the SE Archive for that.By the way, very definitely the second dex. The first is far too similar to Steelix's.
