The funny thing is that Zangoose and Seviper can be bred in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.Anyway, I like the idea. Will you flesh it out?

it is a baby pokemon that you can only get if you breed a zangoose and a seviper. The female must be holding the soothe bell. the result is a pokemon that hates its very own existance.
